Home Plan
You’ve made the decision to purchase new furnishings and have selected something wonderful from The Tin Roof. What to do now? Your consultant can schedule a time to come visit your home and assess your needs. Furniture is just the beginning – what about paint pallet? Accessories? Lighting? Selecting the finishing touches can be just as hard as the furniture itself – call in an expert and save your self some time and a lot of energy! Your consultant will spend a hour to two hours in the home assessing your needs and direction. She will then prepare a custom presentation for you in one of our beautiful showrooms with floor plans, space plan, lighting plan and color pallet. This custom presentation will encompass all elements discussed in the home. Plan for at least one hour in the home and one to two hours for your custom presentation in the store. Furnishings are an investment - save time and money by calling in an expect to help you wade through all the options and make sure your selections are perfect for your home, your family and your lifestyle.
Our Home Plan service is complimentary* with a suggested investment of $3500 in furnishings and decor. There is a $250 deposit on the service. *The $250 deposit is applied to your purchase. Please see store for complete details.
Accessory House Call
When your furniture arrives, it is going into an empty room? Ask your sales associate about an Accessory House Call. This service includes the selection and installation of accessories (artwork, décor, rugs, etc) into the room by our trained associates. The service can be wrapped into delivery and starts at $300 for a room. This includes the delivery and installation (hanging etc) of the items. $100 each additional room.
Design Time
Our Interior Designers and Consultants are available to work by the hour for your home furnishings and design needs. Are Home Furnishings and Decor not in your immediate furniture but you still need some Designer Assistance? Are you getting ready to build or remodel? Do you need help shopping for kitchen plates? Selecting paint? Selecting Tile or Flooring? Our Designers are available to help!
$250 - Minimum Investment - Two Hours in the home or in the store
$100 per hour after minimum investment.
